The Titan was conceived as a space carrier, inspired by the shape of a sword. It began as the Damocles with just two blades but was later upgraded to four blades.
This was going to be my most detailled and largest model to date, but I ran into issues designing the main hull and connecting the blades to it.
-
The four blades are arranged in a cross around the main body section and the bridge, towering above the huge construction.
-
The blades contained large hangars for the fighter space craft and could launch these along the inner edge through a very long catapult.
-
The tip of the blades already containing lateral thrusters and lots of ports and doors.
-
I started at the front of the Titan, detailing myself through the whole ship - at least that had been the plan.
-
First rough variant, called Damocles, had more resemblance with a broad sword.
